The local cities and towns served for each number can be found
below by searching for a specific community name or looking
at our entire list of communities served.
You can dial a single number from
anywhere in Eastern Massachusetts (any community in 508/774,
781/339, 617/857, or 978/351) to connect to PRIMUS.
This number is 1-500-699-8800
(or, if you are a DOV customer, 1-500-699-8801). Even though
this number begins with a '1', it is a local number.
| IMPORTANT: While the local numbers found in
our database come from the phone company, it is HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED that you double check with the phone company
to ensure that the number is indeed a local call at the
number you are calling from. PRIMUS will not be held responsible

To find the nearest local PRIMUS dial-up number, please use any of the following steps:
- Choose a state.
- Type in the name of your community.
- Choose the modem speed.
- Use the "Find dial-up locations" button to obtain a list of phone numbers.
