PRIMUS now offers comprehensive web reports via a secure server to all Web Hosting and Dedicated Server customers. This means that you can now get up-to-date, comprehensive information 24x7 simply by logging into a password-protected web site.

Available information includes the following (not all information available on both UNIX and NT platforms):

Daily Visit Trends Daily Usage Summary Usage by Day Usage by Hour Top 20 Requested Files Top 20 IP Visits Top 20 Country Visits Visits by Organization Type Browser Market Share

All of this information is presented in a graphical format, with multicolored pie and/or bar charts depicting the trends. Webmasters can clearly analyze their site visitation patterns and make appropriate adjustments, with immediate feedback.

These web reports are in addition to the PRIMUS Account Manager, which offer usage charts for dial-up and UNIX web hosting customers. Both the Account Manager and Member Services are available via secure logins as well.

Online graphic reports are available to all PRIMUS NT Hosting and Dedicated Server customers, and UNIX Hosting and Dedicated Server customers who have come online within the last six months. If you are a UNIX customer who doesn't yet have access to online reports, contact support@primushost.com and ask to be moved to a server with online reporting capability. PRIMUS will move your site at no charge.

To access online web reports, you must use your web browser to go to your web site, followed by a 'reports/', as in the following example:

http://www.yourdomain.com/reports/

Then login with your regular PRIMUS username and password.
