The ability to use Microsoft Access to create your database if you don't know
T-SQL (SQL query language) is a compelling feature of SQL 6.5. To use this
functionality, you will need to download the Microsoft Database Upsizing Tools for SQL 6.5. In order for them to work, you will need to have Microsoft Access 97. Once installed, you can create your tables within Access using its graphical development environment. When you are ready to upsize your data to the server, perform the following steps:
First, open your database as shown below.

Next, right click on the database table that you would like to export (or
upsize) to the server. Select the option for "Save As/Export...".

A "Save As..." window will appear. Select the option for "To an External File or Database", and click the "OK" button to
continue, as is shown below.

Next, it will ask you what type of External file or Database you are looking to export this information to. Click on the pulldown menu at the bottom of the "Save Table" window, and select "ODBC Databases" as your save table option. Click on "Export" to continue, as is shown below.

You will then be prompted with an "Export" window, which will ask you what you want to object to be called when you upsize it to the different server. Most of the time you will want to use the same name so that things stay consistent, but the option is available for you to rename that table to whatever you like. The default is set to use the same name of the object being upsized. When you have chosen the name of your object, click "OK" to continue, as is shown below.

Next, it will ask you to select the Data Source you would like to export this
data to. If you have used this application or connected to your SQL Server before, you will have one of these configured already. It is a requirement for using this application. Select the existing datasource you want to transfer this information to, and the upsizing tool will copy the data from the local Access database to the PRIMUS SQL server, as is shown below.
