| These versions of the Macintosh System Software do not include
the MacTCP Control Panel, which is necessary for making an Internet
connection. You will need to obtain this before you can dial
in. When you have done so, you will need to configure both the
MacTCP Control Panel
and the PPP program
we provide to you. System 7.5, 7.5.1
Same as above, but the MacTCP Control Panel is included with the System Software already.

System 7.5.2, 7.5.3, 7.5.5
You probably have Open Transport. You will need to configure your PPP
Control Panel as well as the PPP
software we provide to you.
Note: System 7.5.2 frequently has difficulty with Open Transport. If this is your system software, click
for more information.
System 7.6, 7.6.1
You will need to configure the PPP Control Panel and the
PPP software that we provide to you.
System 8
You can use the Internet SetUp Assistant or you can configure
the PPP Control Panel and the
PPP software we provide to you.
